Richard Dale Ehrlich, 69 of Granbury, Texas, passed away Saturday, August 16, 2008 in Granbury.
He was born September 4, 1938 in Russell, the son of John George and Ollive (Francis) Ehrlich-Newman.
He was united in marriage to Amy Maureen Lawrence on December 12, 1992 in Granbury.
He served his country in the U.S. Navy. He was stationed in Hawaii. Milt Ginther and Richard were the owners and operators of G&E Engine Service in Russell. He also was employed as an oilfield mechanic.
Richard’s surviving family include his wife Amy Ehrlich of Granbury, Texas; children Allen Werner of Florida, Michael Werner of Tennessee, George Ehrlich and Scott Ehrlich both of Granbury, Texas, and Pam Smith of Acton, Texas; sisters, Frances Staab of Great Bend, Kansas, Doris Keller of Russell, Kansas and Judith McLennan of Erikson, Manitoba, Canada; and eight grandchildren.
