Justin Randall Loffredi, 31, of Victoria, Kansas, died Friday morning January 16, 2009, as a result of an auto accident five miles South of Natoma on 175th street. He was born on December 15, 1977 in Millington, Tennessee, the son of Steven G. and Maria T. (LaBella) Loffred.
When Justin was younger he moved to and grew up in the Spokane, Washington area. Later he moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico where he attended local schools and graduated from high school. He met and fell in love with his wife Candice K. Funk; they were united in marriage on October 27, 2001 in Hays, Kansas. From this union Justin and Candice were blessed with two daughters Taylor and Tyra. He worked as an oil logging engineer for Pioneer Wire Line Services since 2005. Justin loved everything outdoors, he loved fishing, four wheeling, and hanging out at the lake. He also enjoyed W.W.E. Wrestling, Harley Davidson Motorcycles and being a handyman. Most of all he was a classic family man who loved playing and spending time with his family, especially his two baby girls.
Surviving family include his wife Candice and two daughters Taylor Mariee and Tyra Kay Loffredi all from Victoria; mother Maria T. Wheeler and stepfather Steven of Worley, Idaho; father Steven G. Loffredi of Pennsylvania; two brothers Jason L. Loffredi of Spokane, WA and Jim Wheeler of Odessa, Texas; two sisters Crystal G. Wheeler of Worley, and Rose Beretta of Spokane.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother Rosella Le Bella.
A funeral service to honor Justin’s life will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, January 21, 2009 at the Pohlman-Varner-Peeler Mortuary in Russell. Burial will follow at the St. Fidelis Catholic Cemetery in Victoria. Visitation will be from 9:00 A.M. to 8 P.M. on Tuesday, January 20, 2009 at the mortuary. Family will be present from 5:30 P.M. to 7:30 P.M. Tuesday night. In lieu of flowers the family has requested friends and family please give to the Taylor and Tyra Loffredi Education Fund.
